Terms of use

These terms govern use of Google Forms Sync (the “app”), provided by Augmentum Studios Ltd, a company in the United Kingdom (“Augmentum”, “we”, “us”). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install it.

You are contracting with Augmentum Studios Ltd, not with monday.com or Google. Our address is International House, 101 King’s Cross Road, London, United Kingdom, WC1X 9LP. Support is support@augmentumapps.com.

1. The app

The app adds a board view on monday.com. From that view a user connects Google, chooses a form, chooses whether responses become items or subitems, and matches questions to columns. New responses are then written to that board. The app does not use the account’s monday automation or integration allowance.

You are responsible for the forms you connect, for the boards you write to, and for having a lawful basis to move respondent data into monday. You must have authority to install the app and to grant the Google and monday permissions it requests. The product page describes the steps.

2. monday.com and Google

The app is distributed through the monday.com marketplace and depends on monday.com and Google remaining available and on your accounts staying in good standing. Those companies’ terms apply to their own services. We are not responsible for their outages, pricing, or policies.

The app requests monday scopes boards:read, boards:write, and me:read. me:read reads the signed-in installing admin’s own email when the board view opens, and replaces the stored installer email when that address has changed. It does not read other users. Google scopes are limited to identifying the connected account, reading the chosen form and its new responses, and, when you map a file question to a Files column, reading those files so they can be streamed to monday. 3. Customer data

Form answers pass through the app only long enough to create the item or stream a file. We do not store the answers or the file bytes. Encrypted Google and monday refresh tokens, encrypted installer contact details, and the sync configuration are stored so the sync can keep running. You can end that storage by uninstalling, or by sending a deletion request as described in the privacy policy. Items already written to your board remain yours to keep or delete in monday.

File copies into a Files column are available on the Growth plan and above, up to 5 files, 10 MB each, and 50 MB per response. A file question mapped to a text or link column stores a Drive link only.

4. Plans and fees

Paid use is billed by monday.com under the marketplace plan on the account. Plan changes, taxes, and refunds follow monday.com’s billing terms. We do not take a separate payment outside monday. Each plan has a monthly response allowance. When the allowance is used up, the app stops creating further items until the account has allowance again. We email the installing admin, or the connected Google account if that admin address is missing, once at 75% and once at 100% of the window. Those emails are transactional and do not join a marketing list.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app. That includes trying to break or probe it without permission, using it to break the law, sending us malware, or interfering with another customer’s account. You must not upload or sync content you do not have the right to use. We may suspend a sync that creates a security risk or that breaches these terms. Where we can do so without increasing the risk, we will tell the installing admin and say what would restore the sync.

6. Availability

We work to keep the app available, and we do not promise that every response will appear instantly or that the service will be free of interruptions. Google, monday.com, network failures, and an exhausted plan allowance can all delay or stop a sync. You should keep the Google Form responses themselves if you need a record beyond the monday board.

7. Intellectual property

We own the app, this website, and our branding. You receive a non-exclusive right to use the app for your own monday.com account while these terms are in force and the app remains installed. You keep all rights in your forms, responses, files, and boards. You give us the rights we need to read that data from Google and write it to monday solely to provide the sync you configured.

8. Privacy

The privacy policy is part of these terms. It covers encrypted tokens, me:read, file copies, subprocessors, retention, deletion, and incident contact.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

The app is provided with reasonable care and is otherwise provided as available. We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of data on Google or monday, or indirect or consequential loss, whether or not we were advised it was possible. Our total liability arising out of the app in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid to monday.com for the app in that period, or £100 if you paid nothing.

10. Ending use

You can uninstall at any time. Uninstall deletes the app data described in the privacy policy. We may stop offering the app by notice in the product or by email to the installing admin. Sections that by their nature should continue, including liability, ownership, and governing law, survive.

11. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If a change is material we will change the date and, where we still hold an address, email the installing admin. Continuing to use the app after the new date means you accept the update.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may also bring a claim in the courts of the UK country where you live if you are a consumer and the law requires that choice.
